Hi, I’m Britt, the founder of She Thrives Women’s Health and a passionate advocate for women’s wellness, alignment, and empowerment. My journey into this work has been deeply personal, shaped by my own experiences of reconnecting with my body and discovering the transformative power of breathwork, embodiment, and cycle wisdom.

It all began with Soul Recharge, my foundational self-paced program designed to introduce women to the practices that have profoundly shaped my own healing. I created it to provide an accessible way for women to experience the tools of breathwork, self-awareness, and reconnection. The feedback was incredible, and it was clear that these practices resonated on a deep level.

But as I continued to work with women, I felt a pull to create something more expansive, more intimate—a live program where we could come together in real-time, dive deeper into healing, and move through the journey as a collective. That’s how Soul Recharge: The Immersion was born.
